Hi! I’m Christiana.

Owning a business has been a lifelong dream for me.

My perspective changed profoundly when I became a mom to two little miracles. Returning to the workforce while maintaining flexibility and a work environment that aligned with my family responsibilities became key. After being a stay-at-home mom for several years and navigating the challenges of the pandemic, I decided to take the leap and launch Spring Solutions.

Spring Solutions embodies the renewal and growth we see in nature every spring, offering new hope and fresh starts.

Starting with what I knew best - Human Resources - I leveraged referrals and identified clients online. I now partner with startups and small businesses to offer fractional and tailored HR services to manage as much or as little of their Human Resources functions as they need. As a certified Human Resources professional (PHR), I assist businesses in navigating the complexities of HR, from recruiting and benefits and other HR aspects.

Outside of work, I love travelling. And I’ve picked up learning to play the piano!
